BMW Retrofit E9x Digital Clusters Finally Here!!

I was looking around at retrofits for my e92 and come across this company who are looking for backing for there digital cluster retrofits for the e9x series. They will.be sent out April timeframe but they do look so nice!

How much is that?

I seen this a while ago at like a $3,000 price point.

Then it didn't make sense considering the street value of the remaining used mid to late 2000's E generation cars that hasn't been totaled/salvaged yet
are worth around $3000 to $10,000.

At $1000 or less and no codes or odometer-ECU issues then I would get this! I would also love to be able to add a reverse camera to this display.

indigogo price is like $795 for the basic version, and goes up from there. There are a few threads on this already. There is also another guy from Russia making one that looks more like the new BMW digital gauges, but it starts at $1000 euros.

For a platform that is dying out slowly, does this really make sense to develop and more importantly for us to buy?

It'll run around $1,350 if it gets released. If they uphold their Indiegogo perk, you'll get one for 44% off.

Cool idea....but it seems like a crazy amount of money just to change the look of your gauges. That $1,500+ you spend is going to add $50 to the value of the car

And what happens when you have an issue with it in a year or two...will they still be around to support it?

I mean I dont know the conversion but in the UK it will cost £585 for the lowest version 44% off lost price when launched. That's with day and night gui skin gauges and upgrading via usb.
In regards to support these guys are the leading company to make the digital gauges for most cars on the market.

So I would hope this would be the case for ongoing support.

Just fronting the cash and seeing if they make there target budget which at this moment theres 44 hours I dont see it happening.

If it can provide more info like boost, coolant and oil temp at the Same time it would be worth 750 to me. How hard will it be to configure? That's the question
