What is this sound??

Hello, first time posting here.

I need help identifying a clanking and whistle sound when I accelerate. I can't replicate it by revving so I stuck a phone in the engine bay to capture the sound.

For some context, I'm chasing down a stutter/jerking issue on acceleration. It's a 2008 335i, so far what we've done is all new index 12 injectors, spark plugs, coils, HPFP, Valve Cover, fuel, and oxygen sensors. It has 120k miles and compression is 190-197 all across. I'm at a loss at what the stutter could be. I'm hoping that finding this sound will lead me in the right direction.
