I disagree. Outside of the internet, they consistently trap and ET faster than any stock turbo N54 that I've seen (at my track, YMMV). Especially the new ones. Best case is a close loss IMO.

I think it will depend on a few things. A stock 2010 or older GTR will have to be on it's game to take out a FBO PROcede Flashed N54 running e85. 2011 and newer models will be a close loss, unless the N54 is running flashed and RB's or Single Turbo, then anything goes.

On that note, my M3 seems to be a ringer. My first 0-60 pass on my VBox was yesterday in the heat with debris on the road and tires that aren't even broken in and my launch control isn't even enabled until 1,200 miles (currently have about 650) and I short shifted at 8,000 RPM in first...and I hit 4.2 seconds. With practice and better conditions I should be in the 3.7 - 3.9 sec range stock. Even with the blower launching is simple because there is very little torque increase until about 4,500 RPM. Should be good for mid to low 3 sec 0-60 launches.

A better start for us would be in 2nd gear at like 30 mph. I would be down 200 WTQ at that point...and so you would instantly pull 2-3 cars and then it would be a game of catch up...and how long does it take a 600 WHP car to catch a 450 WHP car with the lead?
In my oppinion 1/2 mile has plenty of space for the extra 100+ hp to catch up to anything, and pass it Even if we go from dig, i assume your m3 will catch up, if not pass most 335s by the time both reach 120, but i'd be more than willing to also try that! ms109 might pull thru who knows

Looking forward to a run with Adam's blown M3. Should be a good match!
What's up Eric! Ok now 626whp is insane. Even at 400 lbs lighter and the DCT transmission, I'm not sure I can make up for the ~ 75whp difference. I have a feeling that between you, all these Vishnu single turbos, and the 2 (potentialy 3) Stage 3 blown M3's making 700+ HP, I'm gonna lose evey race

I know you were at the Big Willow roll-on and I thought you also showed up at Trona but didn't run your car there either. Hmmmm. You know what I'm thinking dont you...

I need to adjust my mods for my entry, I opted to go forward with the full flex fuel kit before this event! I'm really excited for this event even more now.

How is it running? What percentage have you used so far?

Im awaiting the arrival of the sensor and my phone call from Robert, then I will go in and have fftec install. How many n54s on 100% e85 are running out there right now?

Nice to see you joined the Flex club. I'm running 75% and although it pulls like no tomorrow, I'm getting a 10716 codes so I'm off to get a LPFP replaced this week. Don't want to take any chances... Once I get things dialed in, I'm going over to HPF to see what she's making... Anyway look forward to hang'n out in November...

I'm looking forward to it, if you're getting that code 29DC and its stored in the dme, is that a code the dealer might change the fuel pump with?

Yes, the Hex code 29DC = 10716.

Skinrock said he had the same issue and they replaced his LPFP, but he went to the track last night and got the same code again. So I'm wondering if we need a secondary inline electric fuel pump to stabilize the pressure going into the HPFP. I'm actually going to drop back to 60% ethanol and see if that keeps me from coding.

Thanks for the reply, hopefully he doesn't need another pump!

I doubt it. The LPFP is brand new.

For what it's worth, I mentioned to Shiv that I hit the kickdown pedal on my run, and I'm wondering if that played a role. Either way, he's been very responsive.

So what's your wheel HP and crank HP rating with the full flex fuel system from Vishnu on stock turbos? I assumed we were hitting the absolute limit on the stock turbos at about 440 wheel FBO/meth.

The highest dyno I've seen was 100% e85 with dci, and downpipes, 450wheel on a dynojet, also with meth and fbo 455wheel. I haven't decided if I'll have my downpipes in or not for the event, I'd say actually just leave it 450 I should be somewhere around there

It's good to be conservative on the crank HP rating anyway. Most of the guys will rate their crank HP at what they make at the wheel.

There was this extreme case last time at Trona with a fully caged and trailored SRT-8 and the owner rated his crank HP at 550...yet he made about 550 wheel all motor. And then he added a 200 HP nitrous shot so he was more like 800 crank. And then he was racing 500 HP cars and beating them by buslengths.
