2008 335i coupe suede trim

I’m thinking of doing suede or alcantara trim over the wood in my 08 335i I was wondering if anybody has done this and has tips on the material or glue to use, thank you

Hey, I'm actually currently in the process of doing this myself. I bought a cheap black suede wrap on amazon (I believe it's the vivvid branded one). so far I've only done the door trim and I had a friend help. seems easier then buying alcantara and having to stitch it on and use a seperate adhesive. I still have to tackle the dash and centre console trims myself but I will give a update and post pictures once complete. One thing to note is this suede wrap does not stretch like normal wrap so you gotta be careful when wrapping the edges.

How's your wrap holding up? The previous owner of my E92 had wrapped mine, it looked pretty professional but now it's beginning to come loose around the blower vents and also around the ash tray / sunglasses holder.
Wondering if I should just add some stronger glue to it or go a different route.
