I know that every car is different, and Different jobs require different tools..But just so I can judge for myself what to charge friends and stuff, what did you charge for this job!!

Great work as usual though!!

(Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post what you charged)

Thanks as always!

email me, I can give you ball park but not specifics, and also every detailer does different work, so my figures may have no bearing on what yours is. For example Paul Dalton charges 10K for a job, and there is no way I would just because he does.

53 has better durability than 5050, but 5050 looks more wet. You cant go wrong with either. 5050 is a higher grade beauty wax.

Fminus I know you said you charge different rates for details... would you be able to tell us how much you would charge for the work you did on this 335?

Nice job. Did you remove the wheels to clean up the brake dust on rotor hat and caliber? I have spent couple hours detailing my JB 335i today, I know it's hard work especially dealing with the JB color.

I normally dont, I use an EZ detail brush.

This car had an AMAZING interior. I LOVE Lemon!
I wish my M5 would have that interior! Oh wait but before that I wish my M5 wasnt bashed up

First off, thanks Phil, my car looks awesome, even after driving home in the rain. For all the people who claimed in other posts that this guy isn't "helpful" you don't know what the hell you're talking about. Phil's before, during and after assistance to a detailing idiot like me is superb. This was a "new car prep detail" and I'm glad I put it in his hands.

I won't share his trade secrets on what he charges but let me just say he could charge more for the work he does and I wouldn't blink an eye. He doesn't worry about "how quickly he can get it done" but how good of a job he does. Thanks again Phil, it came out awesome....surprised you didn't post any pics of the interior because that looks great as well (thanks for cleaning up the marks from my 8-year old and the front. Looking forward to dropping the car off in your hands for a maintenance detail in a couple months.

Thanks for the compliments! It was great to meet you and your family! You have chosen one of the BEST combos; Black/Lemon, but its also the HARDEST ones to keep up! Let me know when you run out of supplies, Ill be more than glad to give you refills!

Did you get the contact number for my BMW contact? No ones been able to beat his prices yet! Congrats on Bimmer #2!!!!

I would feel more than comfortable putting a loved one in a BMW after what happened to me a couple of nights back

Do you use Grime reaper on the paint? I know some people pre spray cars with a degreaser? Is that what you use Grime reaper for?

Nice, wow. I am sure this has been asked before and I might have missed it. But for this e90, how long did it take a professional to finish detailing (just the out side exterior only)?

It was great meeting you too Phil. Thanks for the tips and the products. I'll be sure to call your guy at Nick Alexander probably in the next few days. I'm working from home on Wednesday and Thursday so that's probably when I'll touch bases with him. Keep a slot open for us with the new one.

This was had very minor spiderwebbing since it was so new, so the paint only took about 4 hours to polish

FMINUS... I see you've taken the time to carefully quote and respond to the above users.... yet ignore my question.... did I offend you in some way? If you didnt want to reveal the pricing to everyone you could of PMed me... not sure why you're choosing to ignore me...

I've complemented you on your work before... however I'm on the east coast... hence I wanted to see what this caliber work costs... that way when I get quotes near me... I could compare....
