Alloy Wheel ET Question

Hi guys, A mate of mine is selling some alloys and I'm interested in them but i don't know much about wheel fitments, My car is a e90 with standard SE suspension, The wheels are 18x8 ET40 Fronts & 18x9 ET40 Rears, The tyres on them are 225/40 & 255/35 also Are these the correct tyres for the wheel sizes? Thanks

You should be fine with above ET but if its friend why not to try and put them on your car. Good luck .

Is the bolt pattern bmw 5x120?

And is the centre bore correct?
