I am the third owner of this car. I bought it in April 2018 with 76k miles on it. I did a lot of maintenance on the car to keep it running perfectly with the intent of keeping it for a long time. But then I found and bought an identical E91 with higher miles but more comfort features and decided to sell this one.

Major work I did after buying the car: new starter, new oil pan gasket (see below), and new valve cover gasket (and Valvetronic gasket, Valvetronic sensor seal, ignition coils, spark plugs, tubes, etc.). All parts are genuine BMW except the spark plugs.

BMW of South Austin performed a multi-point inspection in 02/2019. The inspection showed that the oil pan gasket, rear shocks, and tires needed to be replaced. Everything else was in good working order. I replaced all those parts after the inspection, including an oil sensor seal, and turned the front rotors. I also had the wheels aligned the day after the new tires were installed.

The car is the base model with the panoramic sunroof, which works 100% as it should. Both panels go to the vent position and the front panel slides back to the “comfort” position, and the full open position. The headliner on the front sunroof shade was sagging, so I replaced it with a new genuine BMW panel.

Known issues: Driver seat cracks Front and rear bumper dings and scratches Rear right wheel well dings Scratches on the top of the rear wing A spot about 5-10mm in diameter of paint damage above the fuel door

Other maintenance I’ve done: replaced various cracked interior trim pieces, replaced passenger side door pull (E90 door pulls get sticky after a few years), replaced cabin air filter, new window tint, replaced the windshield washer pump, and replaced the rear right window regulator.
