Center Console Swap

I was trying to replace my arm rest and broke the clips/tabs that hold the spring in place. Seems like the whole console needs to be changed.
I was wondering if firstly there is a way to fix that and then secondly was wondering if there is anyone around Pittsburgh that can help me with swapping it out. The dealsership wants wayy to much for the replacement.

I still have a black Dakota leather one left from my 2012 328i E92. PM me if that fits. (It's just the part that opens, not the entire center console.)
