Michelin is consistently the best in class across the board. Expensive, but worth it. Comparative Continentals are right below them with 8/10 of the performance, if you are looking for something cheaper.

You should look at the Pilot Sport 4S for your 335i. They are street "Summer" tires that out-perform many track tires. I know people that exclusively run those for track use even though they are a street tire. Only thing you can really go up in the Michelin line is Pilot Sport Cup 2 which is what they essentially use on Porsche GT3 RS cars for track.
