Lubricate strut bearings

Anyone else notice their strut bearings lacking any visible lubrication? Maybe there is some non visible grease or perhaps it has dried up over the years? I did my best to pack some grease into the bearings along with some silicone spray for the rubber. I figure it doesn't rotate much but at least it won't corrode.

When i installed my strut mounts, i noticed the bearings were caked with brown grease.

You probably just didn't see it, it blends in and is hard to see when installed.

I replaced my front struts a few weeks ago. I couldn't see any grease in the upper mount but they worked just fine. Hmmm.
