Video Attached - BMW 330i e92 rough start & idle when cold & acceleration hesitation

Hi Guys

I've been chasing a rough idle issue on startup with for a few months now. I mess around with cars but am no mechanic so hoping someone can point me in the right direction based on the video I've just uploaded? You can see it stumbles a fair bit and the revs are moving up and down on its own, I didn't touch the pedal at all during the video. After warm it settles at about 650. I also have an issue with hesitation when accelerating at low speeds in gear 1-3 which I think may be linked to this issue..

Car:
E92 330i N52B30A
82k miles

Steps taken so far:
Oil change and new filters (oil & air)
Only run high octane fuel and ran some redline cleaner through it
Cleaned then replaced vanos solenoids
Tried to clean MAF but only have an O2 sensor fitted
Spark plugs we done less than 20k ago so shouldn't be this already?

The car isn't throwing up any codes so my next step was to replace all the coilpacks as I see this come up regularly as an issue.. Any help really appreciated as I do love the car but this is driving me nuts.

Check your eccentric shaft sensor for oil ingress.

Starts very similar to my car when I had the 330i mafless tune flashed into it. I'd try starting it up with the maf or iat disconnected and see what happens. Sometimes a maf can fail without codes

Thanks for the advise guys.

I'm putting it through an MOT tomorrow so will start investigating further once that's out of the way.
