I'm biased. I used to have a matte black Ducati and loved it (well, loved the look of it at least). So simple to clean too, no waxing or polishing.

Not sure I could live with it everyday as I like things shiny, but would be nice getting a vinyl wrap for something like a big meet.

motorbikes do look much better. think its the minimal body/fairings tho? i saw a matte black Ducati 998s and looked really nice but IMO looks tacky on certain cars! Theres a matte black alfa and aston vantage going round here IMO looks cheap and nasty

It look shite on most, but on the 599 it looks incredible. Far better than the standard red. That 599 is one tasty motor
