it comes with everything that you need to install it, yes it comes with the clock spring.

for reference, msrp of this wheel was 1k installed, i had been offered over 900 for my wheel but did not decide to sell it, as it more important to me than money. so for you guys trying to lowball this great member, find another thread, thats just not fair.
