More like $2687.37 USD or 1977.02 EUR

sorry man, i didnt understand that.

what i understand is that you got all the things u needed to do thje retrofit + you have to connect everything and program it. otherwise it seemed very cheap

The GPS antenna can be replaced this:

This dashboard is installed in the reception perfect! The price is much less than the factory antenna. You do not need the whole back of the car is broken. The roof cut off, etc..
An original fin antenna shall be assigned and affixed to cover, because of the design.

I've just bought everything to convert my mother's E90 320 business nav to professional and will make the change over in a few weeks. I have my own GT1 and OPS head so will do the programming including activating SA620 myself.

You can retrofit CD for much less than $1k. All up it will cost me AUD$500 for a brand new CD unit with all trim fittings etc.

Hey Dennis,

Can you tell me what parts you ordered and do you have a howto for the "Business to Professional nav" upgrade?

I want to do this upgrade to. I am also looking into what I need to reprogram with Edibias to make this thing work.

Some questions:

* Wy don't we make a DIY for the Business to Prof upgrade?
* Will the Idrive low work with the professional?
* Do you need the voice command Idrive High with microphone?
* Is there a CCC fan harnas in a car that has the Business nav?

I'm new here btw, sory for this first post.

BMW in the past came out with this. The retrofit kit is likely no longer available, but the parts are out there...

I understand you need a other tool (the OPS SSS) for reprograming a second hand Pro nav unit to work in your car. Does someone know how this works and where I can get this tool? I know there are some sellers On Ebay with this kind of Hongkong devices.

I have a 2006 E90 with Business Navigation, it has blue tooth also installed and working, can I easily retro fit the professional system? or does anyone know of someone near Manchester England that could do it for me?

Look back a few posts (#406 to be exact) - there are OEM instructions to do the Business to Pro retrofit. Shouldn't be that hard since you're not changing the dash out and already have Bluetooth. (I can't help with that who England thing..

)

Now only if I had about 2K to retrofit this... sigh... Maybe I'll stick with my cheap lighting mods hahaha and save some money to buy a new bimmer one day.
