46-63-7-651-465 are the M5 circlip nuts that hold the far left and far right of the stock microfilter cowl. No need to replace unless its missing or damaged. If you were to replace it, you may as well get 2x (list only shows 1x)

Don't need the hose clamp 64-21-6-904-030

Where abouts did you end up getting the quotes from?

Hose clamp is a tidy clip for the oil cooler lines. Mine broke so I replaced it.

From what I've heard you can use R56 mini washer nozzles. You'll also need to re-terminate the washer heater plugs with the correct plug for the R56 mini washers.

The coverings for left and right I don't think fit the n54 brake booster properly and so you'll need to notch out a section for the brake lines to poke though. You can optionally buy a cable routing clip but not sure if it will fit the n54 cabling.

Unfortunately for me I have a 1series and needed to notch the cowls for it to fit under my headlight washers (theyre on the bonnet on a 1series). Still haven't gotten around to finishing the project lol.

3 series fitment is perfect though.

I have an e90 335xi, would the top (4) items you list PLUS filters cover everything I need to do the conversion? I'm either buying a new cabin filter and filter cover, because mine is cracked from being removed SO many times.... or converting to M3 Style...
