Looks like I need to part with my 335i. It's sparkling graphite and loaded plus extras.. I don't drive the car enough to keep it right now.. although it is a beautiful and extremely fast car. I get compliments when ever I drive it.

I can either sell it or the lease can be assumed, doesn't really matter to me. Since I don't drive much I only got 30k miles with the lease and the car currently has 13500 miles.

The lease expires 05/2010 (18 months left) and there are 16500 miles remaining of the original 30k lease miles. (916 miles a month) Extra miles can be purchased from BMW if necessary.

The car has an Active Autowerke Xede, H&R sport springs, 19" iForged Revs in hypergunmetal, SG factory spoiler, black lines, tinted windows. (Have original 18's that are like new with about 500 miles on them)

Factory intalled: Premium package, sport package, Nav, (idrive, ipod, bluetooth), heated seats.

The car is almost flawless. No dents, dings or scratches in the paint, no rips tears, spills on the interior. The car is immaculate just like every car I have owned. There is one tiny smudge/scratch from my dad's golf bag on the top of rear bumper right by the trunk. There is also a small scratch on the front right lower bumper from a dumb ass tow truck driver.. (not my cars fault it was towed) and it's hardly noticeable.. that's it..

I'll sell the car for $44k everything included and all original parts. (Wheels, original tail lights)

If you want to take over the lease, the payments are $588 per month so $10584 remaining. To keep the car as is I will need an additional 4k cash. Returned to stock I would probably want $1000 cash.

Thanks to the So Cal rain.. horrible freeway drainage, 19" low profile tires and apparently my driving.. I hydroplaned my car into a wall going 60+ so I think she is going to be totaled.

I'm fine.. and luckily I didn't hit anyone else..
