No longer for sale

15,9xx miles.
Original owner custom ordered Oct 06 at San Diego BMW - delivered Dec 06.
No smoking, accidents, pets, dings, rash, track, autoX.
Hand washed only, personally detailed 2x/year.
Always garaged.
3 oil changes so far.
Every document, book, recept, etc. since new.

Here are the specs:

Bone stock.
Sparkling Graphite, Black Leather, Aluminum Trim.
6MT, Premium, Sport, Nav, Comfort Access.

Here's the story:

If I can sell fairly quickly for about $34-35K, I'm buying an e90 M3 while the SoCal dealers are, well, dealing. If not, no problem, the light modding will begin. No other stories or question marks at all - it's extremely clean.

Why is the title "nearly perfect"? 2 photos below show the "worst" areas on the car - the scratch on the wheel (I'm pointing at it) and on the back of the rear quarter (it's a little "u shaped" pin thick scratch). Every other area is better than these two pics.

Thanks for the bump. The car is no longer for sale. Though I found a local buyer a few days ago, all 3 e90 M3's that were equipped as I wanted were sold in less than a week. It all happend way faster than I would have guessed. So much for a down economy. For now, just placed the orders for new wheels, tires, suspension, and tune.
