[Mjl3082]

Bought the car a few weeks back and is stored in my garage for winter.
I just bought some new wheels and made me noticed that front passenger side sits 3/4 inch higher then the rest of the car .
After looking at the stut it doesn't seem to be the same on both sides.
I would like to replace that 1 problematic on and not all 4.
Any of you know how I can go about figuring this out?
Not sure why the stut pics are upside down but... the rusty one is the "bad" one
