Swapping CIC iDrive from LCI car to pre LCI CCC
Hello. I've got a parts car LCI e90 which has the CIC system and my car I use is a pre lci e92 with CCC.
I was wondering if I can swap over the parts I already have from the e90 with the cic over to my CCC e92 and save on these expensive retrofit kits. I'd like to know if I can swap it over and then maybe flash it to work or code it or something. I feel a lot of the price of the kits is the hardware itself so I'd like to use mine instead of buy new one. Any ideas or suggestions welcome.  |

All the parts will work but it is not plug and play. To get started google CIC retrofit. If your parts car has a combox google combox retrofit.
