Company that fixes BMW lights?

Is there a company out there that i can send my adaptive e92 light?
Or a diy?
Or a way to figure out if its the ballast or ignitor?

Danny Ayotte on the local BMW FB groups does everything custom headlight related, I would try to hit him up.

I mainly see him on MassBMW. He's out of RI though.

I was just looking online about this and there are a few diy's for variety of issues. The car I am looking at has adapative alert on as well.

I’ve replaced and coded the stepper motor controller after condensation inside the light killed it.

I’m in Boston, can do coding - maybe I can help you out

mine is a bad stepper motor so would either like to delete adaptive system or lock in place. eliminating the silly warning light.

I have no idea I did it a while ago but you should be able to easily find it online, there is a coupled different values that you have to change

Deleting adaptive lights is quite simple with NCSExpert

Load "expertmoden" or "default" profile in NCSExpert
Remove $524 (adaptive headlights) from VO
FA_Write the modified VO to both CAS and NFRM
SG_Codieren both CAS and NFRM modules
