how do i know if i'm still covered under HPFP warranty?

i have 07 335i with 55kmiles. Its been 10 years so I know im cutting it close. How do I check if I'm still covered?

I emailed BMW awhile ago about this. And it is based off your build date. My car is a 2009 but the build date was August 2008.
