No No.. i keep everything legal.. Someone here knows him well.. So now i gotta get the paper work ready for a suit.. Forums shouldnt have bad sellers.. Its disrespect when someone trusts you and pays you and you scam them

AFAIK, Bilstien PSS9s and 10s have lifetime warranty from Bilstein. I'd pop
them an email and see if they'll rebuild them for you. The 9s are no longer in
production, so they may just send you new 10s... This has happened to a few
Porsche guys on another board I frequent, and Bilstien hooked them up.

Worth a try rather than spending energy/more$ coming after the doosh that
sold you these. Karma's a bitch, so I'm sure he'll get what's coming to him.

OP serves him paper and go to small claims court. It will be months before resolution and even if OP is awarded judgement, collecting the $ is another story altogether.

Wow.....this was nearly me. I was about to buy these from him last November, but decided to buy new, when I get round to it. Shame - this kind of behaviour just makes it harder for honest sellers.

This is true. Bilstein PSSx are rebuildable. Have him make good by giving you some of the $ to rebuild them plus shipping to Cali and call it even. This way you get new coilies and settle out of court.

12beat.. i offered that or if he atleast has the receipt so i can try to claim warranty somehow.. The guy is a coward and responded only once telling me his mechanic took them off his car and they were perfect and that i lowballed him at $650.. you cant lowball someone on a broken item. Dude is such a coward and cant man up.. People like that shouldnt be on these forums.. Im just shocked how much of a coward he actually is cause i see him logging in and doesnt respond anymore.. DAMN CROOK.. and dude has no BALLS now either.. Cant even respond back.. Court it is.. Longer it takes the more i will request. I WILL get my money back and then some

So I need everyone's help here please.. I have bought and sold on these forums with never an issue.. met some awesome people too.. MIC328i still hasn't got back to me.. sent that piece of garbage another text today and nothing.. only reply was once and hour said shocks were fine and he was wrong.. just got my bill from Bilstein USA and am ready to take that piece or garbage to court.. I would leave it to God and pray his whole family gets cancer and drops like flies but I want my money back.. If anyone has any info other then his cell number.. address, work place. Car plate number.. anything.. If anyone on this forum got scammed I would most def help them on clearing the matter up.. I will even pay anyone who pm's me that info.. it's not for me.. it's so I can serve him paper work... having faith in the good people of this forums as I'm sure someone has shipped him something.. taken a pic of his car.. something.. any info helps.. let's get this fraud crook.. legally.. thanks in advance guys

OP, check his itrading and pm people who has given him the feedbacks, they sure will have some kind of track of his shipping address.

Best advice ever, just message the people on his itrader list, he has 18 feedbacks on it. Only message the ones that were buyers, because most likely they had to go to his home to get the part.

Unless he kept it sneaky and never met anyone at home.

I thought Dr.G met him a couple times...maybe ask him?
