St Coilover Ride Height on E90 Xi

So i have had my current suspension setup on my car for about a year now. I have a 2006 330xi sitting on ST Coilovers and 19' TSW's. I have noticed that I have my coilovers set at the maximum height capability on the threading and I am still sitting low as hell. Also anyone else that ownes these, do you see a significant sag in the rear when people are sitting in the rear of the vehicle? I am running 265's with i believe 12ish mm spacers (love the stance now) and my tires rub like hell when i get someone in the back. Did i possibly do my install incorrectly? I really have no clue why.. Pics below. I will take a few more when i get home from VACA tomorrow.

Getting alignment tomorrow sure nothing got messed up. Indiana roads are not generous to vehicle. Also going to pop the wheels off and make sure the adjustment cup didnt move up or down the threading.

Bump if anyone has any other suggestion

Roll your fenders. They will be pulled a bit. I think you need around a quarter inch for it not to hit.

My ST coilovers are the same way. Adjusted to max height in the rear and are still just a a little low for my liking. Nothing you can do though and good news is the coilovers allow you to match the "look" in the front.

Rubbing is a wheel tire choice. 275/35-19 with a 9.5 +35 wheel and no rubbing on my car.

Hey guys,
I have a 2011 335 xi and am painfully waffling re ST coilovers or Dinan springs/Koni FSD combo. Do you think the ST at max height will fault in a very low/slammed car? I don't want that as want performs suspension travel but with stiffer and dampening to hold on the track. But it is my daily driver.

ST coilovers or dinan set up?
