Anybody here good with a porter cable?

It appears that someone rant their shopping cart into my car.. My rear bumper is scratched up, I was wondering if I would be able to buff it out with a porter cable? I'll buy you lunch if you can get it out

I have a makita rotary, I can try to buff it out for you. Ima have to check it out first tho to make sure it isnt too risky.
