Steel wheels e91 touring
Hello all
I have at least one cracked MV3 alloy wheel and suspect at least one other is as it is not holding air. I am fed up with alloys and the state of our roads etc so can anyone recommend a UK steel wheel supplier that can supply steels for a 318d e91 touring LCI. These will be for year round use, not just winter. Cheers Ben Last edited by btiratsoo; 11-10-2018 at 07:38 AM.. |

Instead of steel wheels, you could get a good second hand set of 16" alloys. These are style 156 bought off Ebay with little-used winter tyres.
The ride quality is so much better with non-runflat tyres that I am thinking of keeping them on in the summer, or getting another set with non-runflat summer tyres, rather than the 17"s that I've just took off. 205/55-R16 tyres are a lot cheaper as well. Not as "cool" looking perhaps, but much more pothole friendly! |
