I don't know of anyone selling harnesses for this. First you'll need the connectors:
61130005197 4 @ female pin with cable
61130005198 10 @ male pin with cable
or
61138369696 female pin without cable
61131393703 male pin without cable

and a few feet of 18ga and 20ga wire. Once you have those, check back in and I'll post supplemental information to help explain the wiring needed. You just need to transfer 6 pins from the old 6-pin connector to the new 10-pin connector and add 5 wires - 3 for the control switch and 2 to power the heater.

I got a heated wheel retrofit set off ebay, came with the complete wiring harness.
I left the four wires in the 12-pin harness for the heated wheel (two for the switch, two for power), and removed the old set of six wires from the original harness. Installed new SZL+clockspring, switched wires from the old 6-pin harness and put them into the new 12-wire in the same orientation and order.

Left the heated wheel power and two ground wires loose/disconnected.

I didn't snap the airbag in all the way in case I needed to open it back up, and powered up the car. Got airbag light (of course, my bad) and also the horn sounds continuously when I switch on the car.

Removed negative battery cable, waited, snapped the airbag in all the way, reconnected the power and the horn still sounds on switching on.

I'll connect wheel heater wires to ground and power and see what happens, but I'm thinking the wire swap from 6-pin to 12-pin harness didn't go right, or the clockspring is bad? I'll know more when I pull horn fuses and check functions for rest of SZL...

Update- I used the orientation tab on the old and new harness as a guide, but it turns out they're on opposite sides ... So I had the wires backwards.
Flipped the 6 original wires in the 12 pin harness around, put it back together and everything works.

Just need to clear dsc, yellow brake and airbag lights off dash- which I think I can do with inpa?

Managed to re-do my M3 steering wheel in new leather and add heating mat. All works great!

I just got my clock spring and noticed that the pins where the new 12 pin connector goes are different. 6 seem to normal, and the bottom 6 are shallow. Is this correct or is my clock spring bad? Dont want to jump in and find out the hard way. Thanks

Update! I installed the new SZL and man, did the dash light up... After a whole day, I gave up. Sat down and thought things over. Next day, I looked into the clock spring and no wonder....its toast...So, ordered another now waiting for it. Posted an image for reference....

Had a lot of trouble getting the donor (2011) steering angle sensor (SZL) to be happy in my 2006. I used Insta+ 4.32.15 to do the steering sensor calibration which is supposed to code the new sensor as well. This did not work for me. I tried running 'lenkwinkel_dsc_abgleichen' in tool32 as well but that didnt work. What ended up working was "Default coding" the dsc with ncsexpert. after doing that my lights went out but i went on to run lenkwinkel_dsc_abgleichen in tools 32 and clearing faults in inpa as instructed anyway. Not sure the calibration of the sensor would survive the 'default coding'. Hope this helps someone

Can someone confirm that the clockspring PN above is correct? When you search with that number, photos show the clockspring without the heater wire.

Triax37's post was incorrect.

61319122509 is the NON-heated clock spring and switch assembly. The heated clock spring and switch assembly is 61319169755. As an alternative, you can get 61319169765, which is the coil only; you can install that into your switch assembly, but it's kind of a pain.
