Toyo, Continental, or Vercelli Tires?

Hello all, I'm looking to upgrade my front tires to a little wider size (245 from 225) and I was wondering what the best route would be. I currently have Continental DSWS6 on the front and while they have been good tires, the sidewall has scraped pretty badly on one of them. So I got 3 choices:

Premium: Continental DWS06 again for $183
Mid: Toyo Proxes 4 Plus for $150
Budget: Vercelli Strada 2 AS for $72

Now I've heard a lot of good things from the Vercellis especially for being so cheap, anyone have any other input?

IMO, Continental is a semi-premium brand. I dislike them because I've never had good experiences owning them.

Toyo came on our Toyota Highlander - they were crap.
Never heard of Vercelli.

BMW is a premium car, you should put premium tires on it. Unless you're looking for a cheap tire to drift, or hoon around on, buy Michelin, or possibly Bridgestone, which are OEM selections on BMWs.

If you must get cheap tires, get Achilles ATR sports. They’re very well known in the car community and are perfectly safe tires. Lots of drifters use them and Achilles has their own racecar too. Made in Indonesia, super cheap, and a really good tire for the money. Otherwise get something better known. I like the Sumitomo HTR z 3 for the money and they just came out with a z5 for the same price.

Conti DWS grip really well for an all-season tire. Much better than the equivalent Michelins (on par with AS3+) and nothing on the Bridgestone touches them. But they are not RFTs. Unless you are tracking, for street enthusiast driving, these two are about the best as far as all-seasons go.

Toyo Proxes 4+ are OK. I just fitted them and will see how they perform through the year.

Lastly dedicated summer and winter tires would be my recommendation.
