The late euro car uses direct injection which is more efficient, so it can make more power. No valvetronic though, and likely less restrictive emissions equipment.

When can I buy? Also, can you make a kit that will produce 360whp+ because I'm willing to push my car. Maybe like 20 pounds of boost right?

That's absurd lol I don't think the engine can handle much more than the supercharger is putting out right now.
