Best fitting N54 chargepipe?
Right now I have the Phoenix Racing intake manifold with a 3/4" spacer. The combination of these have made the VRSF chargepipe fit very tight. It is putting a bunch of pressure up against the heater core lines and power steering.
Does anyone know if any other chargepipes fit better? |

The MAD looks like the china pipe. I was thinking more like ER would fit better.
Here are some fitment pics of the ER: https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=681823 https://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=321059 |

Maybe the 335D pipe is what you need.

You could try the Phoenix racing charge pipe? Maybe the same brand together will work. I assume you will have the same issue tho.

This right here. All chargepipes are designed to fit the oem intake manifold. Since OP is running an aftermarket intake, all bets are off. If Phoenix Racing makes a charge pipe...that would be the best bet I would think.

I was having the same fitment issues over time. I decided I was sick of it and just removed the PS reservoir bracket and rigged a mount with a long threaded bolt and two nuts. Now instead of taking 30 minutes to get the stupid charge pipe mounted flush on the throttle body it takes 30 seconds.

Sorry it took so long. My phone didn't want to upload to Imgur last night. My engine bay is dirty at the moment, so please excuse that. I took out the metal mounting bracket with three bolts, kept the mounting sleeve for the reservoir, and used a threaded rod to hang it from one of the bolt holes used for the original bracket.
