Smile CIC fails to BOOT (Stuck on BMW logo)

*BMW E91 320xD from 2011 - 290k KMs
**CIC Nav with the big display
After keeping the car off for a few days with low temps, when I started the car, the CIC HU wouldn't boot. It was stuck on the startup BMW Logo. Until today, it remained the same. The music will play from the HDD, but always the same melody, from the same part which was playing last time the navigation was working. Only the volume button works, and nothing else. The PDC sensors are working(only the sound, displaying nothing on the screen). Also, the phone connect to it, and I can talk through it using Bluetooth.
Bimmercode and professional testing tool can get inside the HU and code things.
Every 30-60 seconds, the HU is rebooting.
Things I've tried:
1) restarting keeping the volume knoob pressed for 20-30s
2) pulled out all the fuses that were used by the HU
3) tried to reset the error codes with Bimmerlink
4) went to someone with professional a professional testing tool, and recieved 2 errors:
A468 and A46D, which he delete, but the problem persists

Anything else I can try?
Right now I've taken out from the car, the fuse on the back of it is OK. Nothing smells like burn

Pull the hard drive & start the car.

See if the rebooting stops then.

Thanks for the info! Even if the HU won't boot at all, could be just the hdd? I don't know if I was enough speciic because of my english, but the hu won't pass the boot screen ever.

Yes.

Pull the hard drive out to see if that is the problem.

If the HU stops rebooting you’ll know the issue is with the drive.
