Leaking valve cover???

Hey guys... just wanted some input on this. I've noticed that it looks like there's oil in these spots under the plastic engine cover. I suspect it could be a bad valve cover gasket. Here's a picture.... let me know what ya think... thanks

Garage List
If the vc is leaking you'll see oil along the top of the heat sheild. Oil under the plastic covers most likely from oil spillage whilst putting in oil.
If the gaskets haven't previously been replaced it's likely that all of them will need replacing on a 2007

Your oil cap is seeping and drooling down into that area. Clean the cap and the rubber seal good. Also clean where it connects. This usually stops it for a while. Or you can get a new cap.
Like states above it could also just be old overspill .
