Spark plug 328i 2007 QUESTIONS

Hello,

I am gonna DIY spark plug change on my 2007 328i

Which spark plug model should I purchase? I live in canada if that matters

Which socket extensions will I require, is 10inch enough?

Do I need a torque wrench?

BMW went through various models but the reasoning is unclear. Any of the following will work:
