well this is interesting. today while driving home, my left drl lux went out too. not sure why both would go out within two days of one another. if the fuse went bad, shouldn't they have both gone out at the same time?

I'm not an expert but 235 on a 9.5 wheel is stretching it. If the sidewalls are weak or they take a lot of abuse, that could lead tire bulge. I'd recommend maybe trying a wider tire but again, you may not be able to do that because of rubbing possibilities :/

As I see it, here are your solutions...
1) try a different tire mfr.
2) try a wider tire like 245. You can put a 5mm spacer on the fronts now to test for rubbing. If it does, you can't go with wider tire.
3) just deal with it
4) adj suspension, change wheels or just accept it.

Are yours the 453s? I read they didnt stretch well?
Which is what i need to fit them. A wider tire wont fit as i rub every now and then. I havent hit any crazy potholes. I guess my only options is going to a better mfr.

Yes, Falken 453. I honestly don't know how they perform stretched. I had them mounted on 8.5 wheels (also that I'm selling).
I just don't know too much about stretch honestly.

what 8.5 wheels are you selling?

it's time to get my tires changed. backs are almost done to wear bars. front outside and center has a couple mm of tread left but the insides are at the wear bars. Is there supposed to be a disparity between the outside and inside of tire (at least 2mm)?

if there's an alignment issue, do you guys have any recommendations for where to get it done?

I always go to radial tire. $100 for an alignment. The have an in-ground rack.
I just went a week ago to "check" my alignment. I walk around the back and ask for Rafa. Went first thing in the am, so it wasnt busy. Didnt charge me, so i bought them a 12pk. of Modelo. Called it even.

How about $150 total which is less than half original? Seems fair.

wow that is stretching!

try 235 PSS, they are wider than other brand as almost as wide as 245 on normal tires. 245 is doable in front on e90. i've seen people running 255 front without rubbing. im a meaty tire guy so i can't give any pointer if you ask for stretch and poke! hahahahaha
