I took my car there a couple of times, and everything was good except a couple of things but they ended up taking care of all the issues. If you talk to Jeff Butler (cause I've dealt with him more then Zack) and tell him what went wrong, he can work it out with you. |

Jeff Bulter, the President, is who I dealt with. I'm going to correct the problems myself because they are minor and that I don't have any confidence in them correcting the problems with more damages being done. I mean, they left scratches on the newly painted bumper! I can surely say I won't be taking my car there again. I finding out that other members are having problems there as well. Thanks,

My car had a lot of scratches, overspray, and missing fastners where the bumper meets the car and it looks like they used my trunk lid as a tool shelf. My blacklines had 2 blown bulbs. I left them a message explaining the malfunction of the taillight when I had an error just after I picked up the car ..... nobody followed up with me to see what the problem was. Not to mention I have a problem with their estimate process and the Mtech issues. After hearing other problems people had with them, i would consider myself lucky. Forget it...I'm done with them. I appreciate you trying to help!

there's always good and bad side of any business. it's matter of where majority falls into to decide good or bad business. i recommend my uncle's bodyshop to few of members here and my close friends and they are happy with it. if anybody needs bodywork for reasonable price, i can pair you up with it so far 3 members, excluding me tried it and they are all happy...

I had my car at Haurys awhile back, and for how much they charge, I was not totally impressed. They are one of the most expensive body shops in the NW. I was recommended by a friend who had his M3 repaired there in the past. The job they did on my two panels looked great, but when I went to pick up the car, there was still tape residue on some panels, and sanding dust in the door jambs, as well as sanding dust on the rear deck. I even noticed that there was some over spray on my window. All little things that I cant take care of my self, I guess I set my expectations a bit to high...
Besides those few things, the car looks great, and they did it in a timely fashion. On a good note, the person who hit me insurance company was not will to pay the full estimate price, so rather than me having to cover the the balance, Haurys took over the claim and took care of it. They are a "Pro Consumer shop" who stands up for your rights. So with that, they DO take care of their customers, and I would return if need be. just wanted to share my experience with Haurys. |
