Tony Alongi at BMW Seattle is my SA, and I have always had a positive experience working with him. He is very friendly and accomodating.

Tony Alongi is simply the man. He has been my SA on two of our family cars and has been a pleasure to deal with.

Highly recommend him, cant say much else about other peeps at BMW Seattle though.

Update:

Had the car diagnosed at Strictly BMW. It appears that it squeaks in the ball joint. They lubricated it enough and recommended to drive for a week to see if the noise will go away. Otherwise, the ball joint has to be replaced, which is covered by CPO warranty. Very good service at Strictly BMW. They also hooked me up with Tony Alongi.

Also had a "service engine soon" light came on. Tony checked that as well. He seems to be a very nice guy.

Overall, great service @ BMW of Seattle this time. I hope, Tony will make the things right if I need the ball joint replacement...

Well said.

If you already took your car there, why not let them finish the job? And if it was a mistake on their end, they probably would have re-done it at no extra charge.

if you repair the car at the dealership and the bushing wasn't the problem, indeed, you can re-argue for their mistake. but when mechanic saw the bushing was twisted, they would obviously blame on that and there's no way what the real source of the problem might've been until those bushings are getting fixed. from their point of view, those bushings could've also been a contributing factor for the noise as well.

i know it kinda sucks but sometimes you have to fix one thing to realize the other, something very common on electrical problems...

what you should've done is to re-diagnose for themselves so when they concluded that those bushings were the problem but indeed it wasn't, then you have a ground to argue. but from the dealership's point of view, you took your car, they found the problem, you took it elsewhere to repair it and came back to complain more, so they look and there's another problem and so they let you know again. if you take it elsewhere to fix it again and have that noise again, i'm sorry buddy but they'll do the same thing all over again because there's nothing dealership can do. i really don't think their intention was to screw you to begin with, it's just that rattle and squeaking is very hard to diagnose because there is usually more than one factor...

again, i'm sorry that your dealership experience is bad. i'm not representing any dealership, and i feel you on that because i've been trying to have dealership fix some of the interior rattles fixed in the past so i know what it is like. i honestly just think that it's the nature of the problem, rattle and squeaking... good luck on your repair...

Bit of a n00b here, but been lurking for a few months. Have read a lot of negative comments about Bellevue BMW but since they're a few blocks from my workplace I decided to give them a try. Both times have been positive experiences. When I had the PPK installed they replaced the spark plugs under warranty. When I picked up the car it was raining and the wipers were chattering. Returned to the dealership wherupon they replaced the wiper blades on the spot. This week while doing an oil change and alignment the tech noticed a leaking valve cover gasket and replaced it under warranty. They also drove the car at freeway speeds twice to try and diagnose a minor braking issue I had (seems to have been cleared up with the alignment) N/C. My SA Graham also took photos of the intake cleaning I had done on his cell phone and sent them to my phone. This is on my 08 335 coupe I bought used and is 500 miiles from warranty's end. Oh yeah, they gave me a new 528i loaner for a couple days. Graham is the new guy and he's been great to deal with. Just my experience, YMMV

Another plus for Tony Alongi at BMW Seattle. I got my car at Bellevue and had a very bad experience with them on a glitch in the car noticed on delivery. Went to Seattle and Tony took great care of me. I will definitely be going back there for everything related to my car from now on. I would even do the lease return with them if it was possible. :-/

Tony is a great SA. When I went there again, he made it right, I am no longer upset with BMW Seattle. Now, I think I was too quick to judge and making this post... Anyway, giving credit back BMW Seattle, I'll definitely will stay with them.

Also, giving thumbs up to Strictly BMW! Great service and reasonable cost. The sqeaking has gone, thank you guys!

I don't think he noticed it. You know, 325i badge solves the HPFP problem and with that who cares about the power?

To BMW Seattle's credit, their service department had always been great while I had my M3.
