First snow fall wasn't to bad, second snowfall oh my, I thought it would be fun to slide a round a bit quite the mistake. Was driving like 25 km/h uphills. And braking was terrible. Thankfully my commute to parking is only ~ 5 minutes. Tried to do a slide turning into the empty bus parking, I 180ed around and was almost stuck. Probably doesn't help that I had finished tires in the rear of my all seasons tho. Last edited by TheMidnightNarwhal; 11-20-2018 at 12:07 PM.. |

No problem, my X5 is for sale. Make me an offer. 2011 35D 125k over 4k in maintenance done this calendar year alone. Brand new Michelin tires. It's a BEAST in the snow. Upgraded angel eyes, fogs, headlight bulbs, license plate etc. Very clean black on white leather. Make me a fair offer.

Nah, 17" still fit. Fronts might require spacers depending on offsets.

I've got a set of 193M's with Nokian WR-G3 Tires. The rears need replacing, but the fronts are in good shape. Pre-LCI TPMS installed. Wheels are straight and true. Some minor curbage and carbon buildup. But they're good OEM winter wheels.
Should be available by next week, once I get my new winter setup installed. Located in Central CT PM me if interested.
