There are a TON of threads regarding this exact question and possible set-up and links to review and blah blah blah. Search it real quick, do some reading, then ask a more specific question and I'm sure you'll appreciate the results.

I'm running Spec Stage 2+ (clutch only). Picked it up two weeks ago and get it installed Friday. My stock clutch was slipping pass 2.3k rpm. I was going to go for the flywheel as well, until I read about it chattering. I was experiencing it when my stock hit about 80k miles a few weeks back and hated the sound and feel. The new clutch is little bit stiffer than stock (expected, but not too much) and can hold the torque I'm running. The only complaint that I have is that I didn't get it earlier. Still breaking it in, but all ready love how it grabs. Running Cobb e30 map with e40.

Without looking at your flywheel we don't know the condition of it.

We always recommend replacing your flywheel with a new one. Whether it is a stock OEM DMFW or an upgraded Single Mass Steel Flywheel is up to you.

However, those who plan on going with upgraded turbos should get the single mass steel flywheel as the OEM DMFW cannot handle the power.
