ISTA update?

maybe its a far reach, but im trying to update my ista software.. I currently have 3.**.** (don't have it open next to me) I see that 4.***** is the current release.

all the links I have found all lead to a extremely small file. anyone have a good source on the 50gig+/- file? im not up to date on searching for torrent files or downloading anymore.

Cartechnology.co.uk in bmw/mini software look for ista standalone and also the sqlitedb they sometimes host them on mega.co.uk
