Performance Exhaust mod in South Florida

Team,

Anyone had their PE mod done by a shop in and around south Florida? I know any muffler | Exhaust shop should be able to do it however I'd prefer going somewhere where it has been done already by the person, they are fully aware of what to do and the results were great. Also, did you guys buy any additional parts (X-pipe | tips) or stuck with what the car had. Any info appreciated.

I have it done. Miami Mufflers is the place to get this done. They have done it plenty of times and are very familiar with the procedures.

I did the mod and changed to Cyba Quad tips. Seems you have an E90 so you will have to replace your resonator with an 2.5” stainless Xpipe. Expect to pay around $300-500.

Any other recommendations guys?

I did half the work myself. It ran me about $300 and that's because I bought quad tips also. Shops though will charge you a good $500 to do the entire thing here in Miami.

Since I have an e92, I already have an x-pipe on my car. E90 have resonators therefore they have to be replaced. It's just an extra step you have to take to get the sound right. I am sure the muffler shop will have an x-pipe but to be on the safe side I'd just buy one on eBay or something and take it to the shop myself.

Since I did a bit of the work myself, it only ran me about $300 and that's because I bought new tips also. I know locals who got the entire job done for $500.

Miami muffler is the shit, i have taken all my cars there. Thinking of doing this soon after my down pipe install if i still want it louder. If any of you guys decide to do it post it here, maybe some people of us can go together and get a better group price

Simon should be able to install your Downpipes for you.

Yeah for $450 couldn't we get a custom setup and be done? A friend recommended G Exhaust as well. Anyone heard about this shop or been there?
