335d NO START how to reset?

Got the 200 mile countdown to no start, refilled DEF, but countdown continued to zero. Found the level sensor in active tank bad, and replaced with XEMODEX unit. Still NO START message. We have NCS expert, INPA. Can the DDE be addressed to reset the NO START condition? (2011 335d)

Thanks

Dealt with this recently, sortof. Mine was due to a faulty remap. I can't recall off the top of my head but I know that in ISTA D, after I refilled the active tank I was able to get it to reset under a service function ABL.

1. Run 11 step Ista-d plan for fault 4916 in your driveway or garage, laptop attached
2. If car passes, select fault code for no-start countdown and run test plan for that, skipping anything already done in (1.) like refill def tanks, etc ...laptop attached
3. Unless the up-to-one-hour drive is part of the plan from (2.), do that last without laptop or Ista. I would drive in DS sport mode to keep engine rpm up and speed down while keeping SCR hot. Car idling in driveway will let SCR temp fall below threshold for system operation, hence the need to drive the car to get the reset.

When this happened to me, it turned out to be a bad SCR catalyst to the tune of $2300.
