Red stitches are OEM. Sport with trim and switches but no heat, paddles, or air bag.
You CANNOT reuse your standard wheel trim and airbag. You can get a Sport airbag for about $200. The steering switches are the same as on sport.

You can cover up the wear on trim using stick on pieces from eBay or repaint. OE is vinyl paint.

Shipped in USA with USPS, good padding and tracking number.
