Includes standard base steering wheel without paddles, clockspring w/heated circuit, switch w/bezel, and wiring needed for the retrofit.

Some minor wiring/repining necessary, no coding needed.

Yes, it's complete with trim/switches and in good condition. I have a few of them actually, and will pick the best one for the buyer.
