Glad to hear you're enjoying it! However, the envelope should still come. Mine did and it's a nice little bonus. Call your dealership and ask about it. You can probably get it if they're aware.

Stopping by my BMW dealer today to pay for it. They said it would be ready to install in 3 days.

You can if you want to. I paid after the install.

So i promised a bit more feedback today!

I drove my freshly optimized beauty to work today (approx. 60 miles)

I noticed:

- better response on throttle
- its more agressiv
- from 1200 - 4000 it has more power
- no significant power gain 4000 - up
- the intake seems to be louder (sucking air in)
- my PPE has a new kind of brabbling when you go off the throttle

You can really feel the power gain. Its not gigantic but you can feel the car more surging.

I am not a fan of timing (so much different things can change from one day to another...). But i reached higher speeds in shorter time

I recommend it to everybody

Very good summary! I stand behind that 110%. It's very worth it and comes in with all the promised results. If you haven't noticed yet, but your fuel econ might actually also increase by, like, 1 mile... hah! Mine did. Higher speeds in shorter time is the best way to describe it.

Just Got Mine!

Hi drivers,

Just picked up mine this morning. My dealer, BMW LAVAL, had a promotion lately, the PPK1, the performance exhaust, carbon spoiler and black grilles. 2200$ plus time and taxes, ran me just under 3000$ for the whole kit.

My e92 335 sounds amazing, really hauls more I find in the mid to high rpm's from what I've experienced ( as opposed to some of you... I'll update in a few days) and the exhaust gives one hell of a burble when I take my foot off the gas.

DAY 1. I like the sound and look of the new exhaust (bigger tips, chromed). I LOVE THE EXTRA POWER!

That's my first post ever,
Bonsoir Ã* tous mes amis Montrealais!

Very nice first post! And you got a heck of a good deal for everything all in one. Like you, I find the mid-high performance also improved--it's basically improved all over, in my opinion. I am drooling to get that exhuast, though. If I come across a promotion such as yours, I'll be in for it. Glad to know there are more and more people enjoying the PPK!

Agreed, I feel the increase in power across all bands. Today was the
the first day I drove it in DS mode. No question, the torque
is greater. The shift from first to second is abrupt, to say the least.

Would love to have that deal on the exhaust!

I really do, and I really want the exhaust. I've heard it on the iS and fell in love instantly. My previous car was a G37 coupe with a carbon fiber cat-back from Fast Intentions (YouTube it); it was absolutely stunning, so I really miss having all the growl in the back. I just feel like the Performance exhaust is really overpriced for what it is. If I get a good deal, I'll jump right on it.

Summer tires = Win! Get the tire called "Hankook Ventus V12 Evo-K (something like that)." The most comfortable, quietest tire you can get for our cars. I switched out my stock runflats for those and cannot love them more! You can't hear it under 40mph, super quiet on freeway, brilliant overall--and not expensive, either.

I'm driving RFT Michelin PilotSport wich was delivered with the car. I would never buy Michelin but i'm pretty pleased with grip and comfort

When i had the exhaust installed, i drove my car from the parking of the garage on the street and started smiling The best mod i ever did on a car

Thanks for the summer tire suggestion! My Yoko S-drives are meh.

After my upgrade, anyone notice the car running warmer?

My temp is around 120-22C / 248-252F under highway driving.
