Changed my right rear light and saw 2 cutted cables going into the bumper
and i found this is this original bmw ?

I was going to say NSA GPS tracker, but you are not in USA.
Maybe try to go to realoem and see the parts for rear light, might get some information.

If it is OEM, there will be a part number somewhere.

Looks like a Sirius antenna.
