335i surging only from cold

My 2007 335i has started to surge a bit when driving from cold. It's also a bit reluctant to rev and respond to the throttle properly when cold. This only lasts for about 2 mins then it drives fine.
It's mainly the surging that is a bit annoying. The plugs haven't done many miles and the coil packs even less, so it really shouldn't be them.
Anyone had this from cold ?
I flashed back to stock and it still does it.

Suspects:
Mass airflow Sensor
Oxygen sensors
Idle control valve
Throttle position sensor
Injectors
Carbon build up (when was last walnut blasting?)
(maybe cats?)

I would also have included plugs but you say those were recently replaced. Do you have any lights on your dash? Do you have the AC on when it does this?
Also can you take a video?

Hi thanks for reply.

This is with ac on , I'll turn it off tomorrow morning and see if it makes any difference. Car only has 26k miles on it so don't know if it needs walnut blasted yet.

I'll need to take a decent log and post it I guess.

Ok I took a log this morning and I'll share it later.

Scanned codes this morning and I've been getting 2AAF regularly fuel pump plausibility but from what I've read everyone said it's nothing to be scared of.
This morning got 2FBD as well for first time - high pressure fuel pump.

The car only surges when cold , never under any other time. It starts immediately every time.
