Need Help

Hey Guys-

I really need someone to help me with my my 07 328i e90. I'm ready to give away the car because I can't figure out how to fix the issue and if its worth investing more money into. I was able to pull the codes using ISTA. From what I reading it might be the eccentric sensor or the valvetronic motor.

Is there someone who can diagnosis the car and fix it affordably.

Issue:

1. No acceleration when pressing the gas pedal, and simultaneously loses power. Throttle disappears and comes back with power after 15-30
Seconds. Car will completely stall out when slowing down or coming to a complete stop.

2. Yes , dash warnings on since it’s been happening. All lights including check engine light are intermittent, come and go and stay and go for periods of time

Codes pulled: 0029E0, 0029E1, 002A43

Is there a kind mechanic who can help me salvage this car? Anyone near Towson, MD. (Baltimore County.)

What have you tried so far?

Looks to be fuel related codes, could be MAF and adaptations related which would be an inexpensive fix

Bio Chem Bro-

I'm being told to test the alternator, and also test for a vaccuum leak.
