Need help with what to do with my 2009 335ix

My 335 has 230k miles ASM is now running on rear wheel drive, instead of all wheel drive. There’s something wrong with drive train. It keeps getting engine power down warnings but nothing is wrong with engine. I want to get rid of it. What’s the best way to do that. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
