I'd probably do some more logs, also see what the fuel rail pressure is when idle and get the fuel trim logging sorted on your setup. The HPFP not a cheap part so better to be 100% before committing to it.

Do you get long cranks sometimes when you try and start the car?
No never any long cranks on start up, I've done more runs and uploaded them to datazap here -->

I'll also just do some logs at idle did you say? I've got zero idea how to sort out my fuel trim but im sure some research would lead me in the right direction. How much am I looking at for a new HPFP?

If the high pressure fuel pump is faulty, it wont deliver enough fuel at higher loads, resulting in your lean condition. Ideally you don't want your HPFP delivering any less than 1500psi at WOT, idle pressure should be approximately 600-700psi

You'll need to do a proper log in 3rd or 4th, start at 2500rpm and go wide open throttle

With the HPFP, does it slowly die or is it a sudden thing? Can you use logging to monitor the health of it and be prepared if it fails?

Only problem is I get thrown into map 4 halfway through a 3rd gear pull, is this going to change the readings? I'll do a log tonight at idle and see what its running at. So would this HPFP situation be effecting my original 30FF code problem in anyway or are the completely separate?

No point in guessing, do the boost leak check, do the logs and draw conclusions on that. I'm more inclined to believe its just one problem causing the other, its rare to have two thing fail at the same time on a car that was otherwise working fine
