E9x 335i - slicks setup

Can you guys share what slick tire setup do you use for track days?

I assume most of you use 18" since they seems the most popular choice.
I also wonder can I fit 250/660-18 or should stick to 250/640-18 (for me the 660 ones are way easier and cheaper to find)?
The wheels are 18x9J ET30 so I aim at square setup.

Will this size be OK for the rear ones? Do you use square setups as well or not?

Also some recommendation on slick models would be beneficial too to the newbies like me and I'm sure there are some guys here who have a lot more experience (hopefully they will like to share)

This is the info from Yokohama slicks:

250/660 R18
Diameter - 657 mm
Tread width - 265 mm
Section width - 265 mm

250/650 R18
Diameter - 650 mm
Tread width - 252 mm
Section width - 273 mm

250/640 R18
Diameter - 642 mm
Tread width - 253 mm
Section width - 270 mm

Just to confirm -> 250/640 R18 is all good for front (and apparently for square setup) on 9J ET30 wheels
