Possible to re-brush the Aluminum Trim?

Hey everyone. I have aluminum trim interior and there are a bunch of scratches on the center console area. Is it possible to re-brush this to help hide them or would it be pretty much out of the question. I know that a new piece is about $200+ and dont want to spend that much $$. Thanks!

re-brush? i think they called it brush aluminum because of the brush like finish. i dont think you can re-brush them. what kind of scratches are they?? maybe you can sand it?? that would give it the brush like finish.
